The Annual Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) Forum, a key chemical industry event, is set to take place in Bahrain for the first time, providing a platform to highlight the latest breakthroughs in sustainability, innovative solutions, and the collaborative efforts propelling the chemical and petrochemical industries toward a greener tomorrow.

Scheduled for December 8-11, 2025, at Exhibition World Bahrain, this year’s forum will delve into critical industry issues under the theme "Catalysing Competitiveness Through Strategic Partnerships."

Since its inception 18 years ago, the forum has grown in scale and significance, drawing a diverse array of participants, including senior executives, decision-makers, and experts from the chemical and petrochemical sectors.

The forum will also host the 2nd GPCA Sustainability Pavilion, focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

This dynamic platform will highlight groundbreaking sustainability practices, promoting a greener future for the chemical and petrochemical industries.

Additionally, the GPCA Youth Forum returns for its fourth edition, designed to empower university students and young professionals.

With over 450 participants expected, the forum will offer invaluable networking opportunities and insights from senior industry leaders, shaping the future of the sector.

The GPCA Startup Nexus will also feature, facilitating connections between innovative startups and established industry players.

Selected startups will present their pioneering ideas in a Shark Tank-style format, fostering collaborations and investment opportunities.
